These cupcakes were so much fun. The chocolate cupcakes had the chocolate butter cream frosting and pink details; while the vanilla cupcakes had the pink details.
Accents of fresh flowers and ribbons made the tower simply a beautiful display.
We take great pride in our creations including this one. We bake our pate choux pastry and then slice it once cool. We then fill the shells with our vanilla custard filling; which is made from scratch! We then decorate each éclair with our homemade ganache frosting. Pure heaven!!!
