Who doesn't love ruffles! Delicate and striking. It is hard to see, but the second tier has monogram initials on it.

It's amazing how smooth we can get our cakes. People always confuse our butter cream cakes for fondant.

This was such a fun cake to design. It was whimsical, fun and just so creative. This cake is actually a replica of the bride's vases that she was using throughout the reception that was held at Belle Mer in Newport, RI. The cake flavor was carrot...yum!

Striking colors, along with the damask pattern, create a very unique and trendy look for this cake that was featured at The Dorrance in Providence, RI.
We also created the groom's cake; the robot next to the wedding cake. The entire cake is edible and it is finished in a rolled fondant. The groom made robots for a living and the bride wanted to surprise him with a small replica of what he designed.

These ruffles are creating a sophisticated, swag applique, suiting Ocean Cliff Hotel & Resort.
The second image is the same design we have done but in a three tier cake version instead.

The flowers on the second tier are completely covering the tier; adding a great deal of texture. Each flower is cut, stamped for texture and then the centers are dotted. Once they are dry, they are individually placed on to fit together evenly. This is actually quite a process but well worth it. The end result is beautiful.

We love designing custom cakes; the detailing is original and so elegant and delicate on this cake.
