Trendy and quite chic. This cake is tinted in a soft pink-peachy color. The ruffles add such a dramatic look to this cake that was featured at Castle Hill.

This cake definitely has some attitude! Definitely not your typical wedding cake; sharp square top tiers with a flowing design on the bottom tier. It is bold and modern; yet flirty at all the same time. Love it!

The pleating design is really interesting on the top tier. This cake also has a slight vintage feel to it as well with the lace banding on the bottom tier.

Striking colors, along with the damask pattern, create a very unique and trendy look for this cake that was featured at The Dorrance in Providence, RI.
We also created the groom's cake; the robot next to the wedding cake. The entire cake is edible and it is finished in a rolled fondant. The groom made robots for a living and the bride wanted to surprise him with a small replica of what he designed.

Lots of texture and depth with this cake design.
The rosette ruffle pattern can only be achieved by using rolled fondant.
You cannot get the same look with butter cream.

How amazing is this cake...I mean really!!! It is crisp, modern and classy all together. The bottom detailing is based off of the Providence Skyline featuring the Providence Biltmore Hotel.

Wow...look at the intricate pattern on this wedding cake. Cakes similar in design can take an incredible amount of hours & days to complete but the end result is exquisite.

Love the uniqueness of this cake. The gold painting adds a unique element to the design. We can also create favors or special desserts to compliment the wedding cake as well. Please inquire.

Not a typical design by any means but it is interesting none the less. I like the irregularity of the ribbon and rhinestone banding placement; it has a draping effect that is quite appealing.
-
Frills and ruffles...such the trend.

Love the pop of color here. My only comment is that I would have preferred to have seen the same flowers used on this cake. I think mixing fresh flowers with gum paste flowers can by tricky and can make the cake seem off if they are not the same flower type. I personally like continuity.

This French Macaron display is such a stylish and unique way to present a modern twist to the traditional wedding cake. Let's face it, not everyone is a cake fan as you can see. So why limit yourself. Let's discuss options. This display featured several different macaron flavors. We loved the finish look.

Bold colored flowers add fun touches to a wedding cake. You can also get creative using fun linens like this one used.
