This is an ombre wedding cake that was featured at the Newport Yachting Center. The colors add a slight nautical touch to the cake without it being over done. The topper adds a nice color contrast to the finished look.
Try and guess how many of these edible drags are on this cake? Now..try and guess how many fell while we tried to decorate this cake. I guess it doesn't matter...end result is exquisite.
One of my favorite cakes of all time!
Thank you to Maithy and Brian; it was a pleasure working with you both!!!
This cake was featured at the Chanler at Cliff Walk in Newport, RI.

Who is not completely obsessed with ombre and ruffles, loving the trend. This cake is featured at the Regatta Place in Newport, RI. A smaller cake was displayed at the reception site. Additional cake was made to serve to the entire guest count. A great option for an outdoor wedding reception.
This was a pretty interesting cake to design. This lighthouse cake was designed to replicate the lighthouse that is called Castle Hill Lighthouse. It is located at Castle Hill Inn; which is located in Newport, RI. Notice how similar it is to the actual lighthouse that is shown.
Design shown on this wedding cake at Belle Mer was replicated from the bride's wedding gown. We love using new inspirations...the outcome is original & beautiful.
This pale blue scroll design is light and delicate. This would actually make a nice nautical themed cake if we added a few shells to it.
