The scroll on this particular cake is angular. The pattern dips down as if it were a swag. The handmade flowers on the top are a perfect addition; adding color and texture. This cake was featured at Ocean Cliff Hotel & Resort in Newport, RI.
We take great pride in our creations including this one. We bake our pate choux pastry and then slice it once cool. We then fill the shells with our vanilla custard filling; which is made from scratch! We then decorate each éclair with our homemade ganache frosting. Pure heaven!!!
