Glazed with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate shavings.
Adorned with meringue mushrooms and a dark chocolate greeting disk.
Serves 8-10 guests.
We take great pride in our creations including this one. We bake our pate choux pastry and then slice it once cool. We then fill the shells with our vanilla custard filling; which is made from scratch! We then decorate each éclair with our homemade ganache frosting. Pure heaven!!!
